We are glad, that you've chosen the TU Dresden or one of its partner institutions in DRESDEN concept for your research stay and wish you a good start at your institute and in the city of Dresden. The Welcome Center staff will be glad to assist all international visiting researchers and PhD students before and after your arrival to Dresden to facilitate your acclimatisamtion. We counsel and inform on immigration regulations, insurances and other formalities, help you to find an apartment and a kindergarten/school for your children, provide many other information and access to the international networks at the TU Dresden/DRESDEN concept institutions. Sometimes adjusting to a new university life or city can be difficult. Do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any question related to your relocation to Dresden or your new home in Saxony!
