The Campusbüro Uni mit Kind / Campus Office Students with Children is the drop-in centre for families at higher education institutions in Dresden. As a joint project between Studentenwerk (student union ), Technische Universität and the student council of TU Dresden the Campus Office Students with Children has been working for family-friendly academic and working conditions since 2007.

The service the Campus Office Students with Children offers to students of all Dresden higher education institutions and staff members of TU Dresden comprises:

• information and advice on the individual and institutional organisation and
• prioritizing of  studies, career and family, financing and childcare
• open meetings for students and staff members with child(ren)
• courses offered by of qualified trainers
• workshops on various subjects
• networking of students and staff members with child(ren)
• international groups and support and advice in English, Russian and French
• nursing rooms and changing tables/stations, playrooms and rest rooms on the
• premises of the campus office Students with Children
• participation in the creation of family-friendly environments, e.g. making academic and work organisation more flexible.
