If an institutional contract is required through explicitly formulated stipulations from a sponsor or similar, a project-oriented cooperation agreement is to be formulated so that it is evident that the agreement has only been approved for this purpose and is only valid until the project has been completed. All arrangements are to be agreed on by the International Office before they become binding.
