If the international partner should require official confirmation of the arrangement for administrative purposes before the actual partnership begins, a temporary contract (Letter of Intent/ Memorandum of Understanding) can be issued with a maximum duration of 2 years. If the faculty members involved wish to extend the contract, they are require to submit a report of their results before the contract expires. All arrangements are to be agreed on by the International Office before they become binding.
