• A comprehensive range of services to facilitate researchers in particular, small and middle sized enterprises to work with property rights (patents, trademarks, utility models and designs). 
• The PIC has advanced search facilities (commercial search databases within the search room) and a competent engineer technically trained personnel (Individual consultation acc. planing and strategy of search). 
• In addition, approximately 7 million patents in the original text and a reference library to the field of intellectual property rights available. 
• The organization and implementation of events on industrial property protection are part of the services with the objective of researchers, inventors and students of raising the awareness in working with industrial property rights.
