Failure Report

One can report disturbances of the voice service to the ZIH User Advise Service. If you recognise disorders of your analog or Siemens-ISDN-Phone, you can also call the ZIH disturbance suppression office: Tel.-Nr. 34202.

Changes of telephone and fax connections are subject to a informal order.

Order to change telephone connections

• Prename, Surname of the user - building, room
• direct outward dialing
  
• special requests (boss/secretary connection, overline service, etc.)
• cost center
• telephone number (during changes)
• signature of the cost center manager, the chairholder, the head of department or the group leader
• desired power-on or switching time

• Fax to nr. 37125,
• e-mail with a pdf attached to telekommunikation@tu-dresden.de
  
• e-mail, digitally signed by the cost center manager/chairholder, etc. to telekommunikation@tu-dresden.de

Call list on the digital Siemens-Telephone (OptiPoint500)

The activation and change of the call list settings on the digital Siemens ISDN-Telephone has to be applied for. The according form is available here .
