We are a team of professional designers and offer you our service for the design and production of print media and presentations for the representation of TU Dresden’s organisational units within the university and in the public.

Our services

We advise clients early in the process about production methods, time schedules and anticipated costs. Our service is free for TUD staff. In case we are not able to realise orders on our own, we pass them on to external partners after inviting bids for our clients.

We offer the following services:

complete management service for these print products
outsourcing of print jobs

scanning of images (only as part of a print job)

revision and update of existing (stored) files
You can download templates download templates for many printed matters.

How to submit your data:

pictures, digital or paper (e.g., .jpg format from 150-300 dpi resolution, no low resolution images!)
editable texts in .doc format, final editing done
you are free to attach concept sketches in .pdf format

Production process:

We guarantee that your print job is being processed as a rough draft within 2 to 4 weeks after submission of your data – depending on the volume of your order and the design work involved.

Due to capacity constraints, we can currently accept no more than 1- 2 proof-readings to keep the production process as short as possible.

You can entrust us with the realisation of your print job, we are inviting bids and managing the technical handling of the job, e.g., we can arrange that hard copy proofs are printed for colour accuracy if you wish.

Before going to press, we send you a correction proof which you approve for releasing the order for print. The client is responsible for any errors undetected in the signed proof.

All print jobs include, as a rule, free delivery or delivery via the University Marketing Unit using the internal mail system. Please note that some print service providers charge a delivery fee. Please let us know in advance if you prefer to collect your order.
