counselling

Giving advice to students, staff members, trainees and young scientists both relating to equality issues and to balancing of family and career and/or studies is a central task to implement equal opportunity. Moreover, this gives the chance of advising faculties, central units and collaborative research centres on equality issues with regard to decentralised steps and external funding applications.
