The Faculty offers a specialist Bachelor's and two Master's degree programmes, an international programme, as well as state-certified degrees and doctoral studies.

Studying at the Faculty of Linguistics, Literature and Cultural Studies
The Faculty offers a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Literature and Cultural Studies with the option to choose between English and American Studies, German Studies, Classical Philology, Romance Studies, and Slavic Studies.
Additionally, you can enroll in the consecutive Master's programmes Linguistics, Literature and Cultural Studies and European Languages, with the same sub-disciplines available as in the Bachelor's programme.
Furthermore, you have the possibility to obtain a double Master's degree, with the double Master's degree programme Dresden-Trento enabling you to complete two Master's programmes in Italy and Germany in just two years.
In additoin, the Faculty is involved in the university-wide teacher training programme, offering teacher training courses for state qualifications in the subjects German, French, Italian, English, Russian, and Latin.
