Dresden Center for Nanoanalysis

The new Dresden Center for Nanoanalysis (DCN) will particularly focus on "4D AMASE - 4D Advanced Materials Analysis for Science and Engineering", with the goal to become an internationally visible center of competence as well as a European user facility in the field of solid state and materials analysis.

The Official Opening of the DCN will be celebrated on Thursday, April 25, 2013, and will be an important event for TU Dresden with many invited guests from Europe and oversea to reflect the internationality of the center’s vision and mission. One of the highlights will be the cfaed Distingueshed Lecture "Particle control in a quantum world" provided by Serge Haroche, Nobel Prize Winner in Physics in 2012. On Friday, April 26, 2013, the 1st Dresden Nanoanalysis Symposium will be organized jointly by TU Dresden and the Dresden Fraunhofer Cluster Nanoanalysis.
