In honour of the 80th birthday of Prof. Dr. sc. techn. Karl Petzold,Professor in ordinary for Building Climatology at Dresden University of Technology from 1971 to 1991 the Institute for Building Climatology at the Faculty of Architecture hosted the
12th SYMPOSIUM FOR BUILDING PHYSICS
fom March 29 th to 31 st 2007 in Dresden.

Epilogue
Under the motto "Climatically adapted building design - damage free renovation" during March 29 - 13 2007 the 12th International Symposium for Building Physics took place at the Faculty of Architecture of the Technische Universität Dresden. Approximately 200 scientists and practicioners from 20 countries discussed the responsibility of the architect, civil engineer and HVAC specialist for sustainable building construction and global climate protection. ... more
